I almost didn't believe these existed when I saw it in an old book, but then I found that they are still being sold. It's called The Stickler. I don't think it would take much to adapt it so you could still have your wheels on. It's ridiculous, kind of redneck, and oh so dangerous...is it bad that I still want one?
